What are the scenarios to win the division and clinch a bye week?

The internet is void of this info, so I guess that means Dallas needs a win and Giants loss or two wins assuming Giants win out and go 12-4.

Might be a tough one with the injury... Could be a perfect storm if this thing come down to the final games, if Dallas loses to Tampa and the Giants win against the Lions.
