Are the times and date set for the playoffs? Any idea when the Cowboys play their first game?

Let me know if you find out. I would expect Dallas to play in a ratings friendly time-slot.

More than likely, it'll either be the 3:15 game on Saturday or the 3:15 game on Sunday.

I've got a vacation in the works and want to make sure I can watch the game...don't want to cause an emergency landing.

They will probably have Green Bay in an early slot because of weather.

There isn't an "early game" for the NFC in the Divisional round. Both games will be 3:15 kickoffs.

Disclaimer: I'm not certain about any of this, but I did do a lot of research about playoff scheduling trends over the past 6 or 7 years before I booked my flight to Dallas for this game... so if history and scheduling patterns hold true, this will be the case.

There should be a Saturday night game I think. Isn't it:

Saturday 3:00ish
Saturday night
Sunday noonish
Sunday 3:00ish

Dallas is the #1 seed coming off a bye. I think we'll play on Saturday against the lowest remaining seed unless the Saturday WC loses and the Sunday WC team wins. The NFL sets it up to get rid of the low seeds as fast as possible.

Last season, the games were played at 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM on Saturday. 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM on Sunday (eastern time).

I will guess the following:

Saturday 4:30 PM Colts Game
Saturday 8:00 PM Cowboy Game
Sunday 1:00 PM Packers game
Sunday 4:30 PM Patriots game

Anyone else care to hazard a guess?

Flip Packers/Patriots games to Saturday and Cowboys/Colts to Sunday. My reason? That Sunday Fox is premiering that Terminator series they've been promoting the heck out of. Nothing like getting a ratings boost from the Cowboys.

You really think the Boys would be a bigger draw than the Patriots?

The Terminator series is on FOX and yes I think the Cowboys (especially if it's Skins/Cowboys) would be a bigger draw than the Pats.
