While I can see the Eagles losing again and us beating them, I don't see us being perfect the rest of the way. That's a bit much to expect so unfortunately our road through the playoffs is going to be Tampa, San Fran, Philly. If we can run that gauntlet then Dak will deserve any kind of praise he gets.

unfortunately this is the truth...when we gave up the GB game we gave up the margin of error we had.

The eagles are playing too good and at this point we will have a hard time beating them at xmas or in the playoffs. Everyone on here that keeps saying the eagles arent for real is dilusional, they are going to be a very tough out and i could easily see it come down to them and the 49ers in the NFCC.

Though not realistic, since the likelihood of us winning the division is minimal, I wouldn't show philly too much when we play them next. Vanilla offense and defense, unless of course we are fighting for our playoff lives.

If we somehow win the division… great ….
If not, we can still make noise in the playoffs. it is why they still play the games.

I've predicted the games. My result is Cowboys (5) @ Atlanta (4) wildcard

Its pretty weird. Dallas could be a 13-4 wildcard visiting a 9-8 division winner week 1 of the playoffs. Every year somebody gets screwed by this format, so they have to put on their big boy pants and get it done.

Yeap. That GB game was a punch to the gut. What should have been a slam dunk win turned into a kick in the balls. Sorry to say but until the Cowboys prove to me otherwise, they will always come up short when the games get bigger.

Its not so much Dallas Cowboys as it is idiot play caller Kellen Moore. His abandoning of the run game in GB cost this team a win. Cost this team a shot at winning the toughest division in football. Maybe cost them a shot at their 1st SB berth in 27 years. Kellen "Butterfly Effect" Moore. Pass happy idiot. He's the one I have ZERO confidence in.

yup - part of why i dont care about the regular season like i used to. Used to be a time when i wouldnt dream of missing a second of 1 game....now i watch, and do enjoy, but if it is hard schedule wise or isnt convient (like this sunday night) then i forgo - they win, great, the lose, whatever.

However - i don't have the same view with the playoffs, obviously...until i see them win at least 2 games in the playoffs (wc, div or div and nfcc) then i am just going to keep thinking its the same old team.

This is disapointing too bc now at 40 i would love to have so much fun watching with my kids, and we do have fun when we watch, but i just dont feel the love for the team and game i did when i was younger; and ever year i get a little more jaded and a little less interested.

Hopefully, this is the year that it changes and we finally get to savior a divisional round win and a birth in the NFCC game.

Whats funny is that if you go thru the season the eagles can easily lose 3 more games...but I guess we'll be revisiting this week 18.
