Playoff teams draft order question

How is the draft order determine for the playoff teams? I understand the the winner of the super bowl is last, super bowl runner up is 31, the NFC/AFC team with the better record 30 and then 29. After that I am not sure. The reason I am asking this is if the Cards lose in the wildcard to the 7-9 Panthers and then the Panthers lose to Seahawks, do the Cards pick after the Panthers since they have a better record?
