For those that keep asking....

We ONLY have to win one more game to make it in.....that's it. We beat Washington, we are a minimum of the 6th seed....

There is also a possibility of making the 3rd seed.

I just hope we win out....no more losses....

Edit...actually, we still want the Giants to lose one game if we only win one game.

They lose once and we win one of two, we are in...

Dallas will make the playoffs -- and the NFC championship game.

Dude...go further....don't stop there!

Easy enough...we beat Washington and they beat the Giants and we're golden!

as much as i hate to say this i think the only game the giants have a chance to lose in tomorrow against the skins. there is no way they lose to the panthers. the vikings will rest all of there starters so they will hand the game to the giants. the skins need to win tomorrow. which i can not believe i will be rooting for the skins.

I believe you're right. We win two, we're in.

We win one, and the Giants have to lose once or the Eagles have to lose once more before we play them.

If we end in a tie with the Giants and if the Packers win out, we're sitting home.

Hopefully, this win boosts are confidence, and we go into Washington and kick some Commander tail.

The goal should be to not only get in but win the division.. If we win out we accomplish both.

Let's just win the next two and win the East and a 3 seed. That should be the goal.

We will win out and we will get in as the NFCE champs.

Actually, IF (and that's a big IF) the Saints lose another game, the Vikings could need to beat the Giants to get the # 1 seed and overall home field advantage. Although doubtful, that game with the Giants could be very important to the Vikings.

I would kill for a playoff game at Minnesota. Would we need to win the East for that to happen?

To watch my Boys in a playoff game? Beautiful.

If we beat the Skins next week and the Giants lose this week or next week, we would clinch a playoff berth.

However we could finish 10-6 and not get it as well. Depending on what the Giants do and how many teams finish at 10-6.

Best scenario is for us to win the next two, then we win the division and would be the #3 seed regardless of what anyone else does.

The win just opened it up to alot more possibilities for us.....what a win.....

I'm guessing this will be the first playoffs thread in quite a while without Jim Mora in it :laugh1:

I don't mean this in a negative way at all, but I was just thinking where we would be sitting if we had played the two previous games with as much heart and desire (not to mention execution) as we had played tonight. We would be sitting pretty challenging for the # 2 seed. Oh well, I'm pretty satisfied wiht the win as it is.

Not true. The Giants have won 2 games since October 11. An OT game at home against the Falcons and our game. I heard on the radio that they are giving up 32 points a game since starting 5-0. TWO GAMES and giving up 32 points a game and now all of sudden they can't lose these last three games. There isn't a given they win any of their remaining 3 games.

I hear ya....one thing that I hate about this team is that it seems that we play to the level of our competition and have been beaten when we do that.

No reason that we struggled against some teams...especially KC....that was crazy....

True dat! I don't think they have everything figured out yet....I think Carolina may run all over them.....
