Please do not try and defend Romo today

Every game (as of late) has Romo starting off in the hole... I'm sure that is wearing on him in that he has to score 30-some points in order to even have a chance. If a team has 12 possessions a game then Romo needs to put up points on 1/2 of those-- that's a hellofa burden to put on any QB-- But a first year starter? OUCH!

However with all of that said, he needs to realize not to make some of the bonehead plays.

And let's make no mistakes there have been some bonehead plays he has made that has been lucky enough to turn into positive plays for the boys. Still they were bonehead mistakes of him trying to do too much.

nobody on this team is playing well but I still like Romo ability to create plays when offensive line protection breaks down. I will say this again....you give Romo the eagles offensive line and he is a top 5 QB for next 10 years.

I like Romo he has been a very good QB, and todays loss was the entire teams fault. But please I am seeing in threads Romo played great and it wasnt his faut etc, I call BS

I will defend Romo.......maybe the reason he was fumbling was because he was getting hit was because HE HAD TO RUN FOR HIS LIFE BACK THERE!!!

Romo was the only reason we were in this game, your boy Bledsoe would have been dropped in the zone for a safety. The defense gave up 40 freaking points to the lowly Lions and you are calling out the QB???

Do you guys even actually watch the game before yall post.....jeez.

he's defiantely made some boneheaded plays. it comes from never playing in the NFL before and not even having 1 year under his belt.

i think he is trying too hard - so i agree there. and well, with the rest of it. : )

he'll get better. he will. he'll have his good days people proclaim him a saviour and he'll have his bad days people come out and cry I TOLD YOU SO.

all qb's do, i suppose.

it's just frustrating when a game is freshly over and obviously painful, the vocal have to come out and scream for someone's head while the calmer voices have to wade through it all.
