If the Board of Selectors honestly believe that anyone on the outside looking in believes that Cris Carter, Richard Dent, Bob Kuechenberg, John Randle or Shannon Sharpe were not qualified to fill that final slot, they are sadly mistaken. Surely, you want to keep the Hall as an exclusive place of honor, but this is utterly ridiculous. With respect to Gosselin and his brethren, but just what the heck do these journalists think they are shoveling here??????

My bad. I should be pissed about the exclusion of four-time finalist Claude Humphrey then. It just doesn't seem fair. Wilson is certainly deserving, but it seems like they wanted to get him in before he passed. If so, I wished they had the exact same concern for Bob Hayes.
