Now that we know we aren't a playoff caliber team losing to teams like KC will not be a surprise.

Mine are officially lowered. Im done defending Romo as well, he played awful and gave another game away with his turnovers and inaccruate passes.

Emmitt was right we are a 7-9 team.

:laugh2: If Dallas loses to a sorry *** team like K.C. then Jerry Jones should fire himself as GM immediately after the game!

Im still sticking to my 9-7 predication I made before the season started.

Lower expectations to expect to lose? Thanks for the great advice.

Geez, now all these dopie fans will come out of the woodworks.

I had said 7-9 to 9-7. Definitely looking to be closer to the 7-9 side of things, but that may be too high.

The part that gets me is that this team is talented enough to be better than that, but keeps beating itself. Dumb coaches, players and lack of chemistry. These guys dont' know how to win. I think they've taken on the personality of their loser owner/GM.

I will say this I looked at our schedule and if we aren't 8-3 and at worst 7-4 going into that game Dec.6 against the Giants then count me in the 8-8, maybe 7-9 category.

Screw that cause we should be 4-0. Neither team that beat us outplayed us, and both are 4 and 0.

Romo friendly....HAH.

Same. But the rest of the nonsense in your post I disagree with completely.

Romo played terribly, but I'll defend him to the end, and We're better than 7-9

Wow! What a great idea. Just lower expectations so we all fell better. I never considered this, but it is a great idea.

We''ll just except losing and demand no changes or any attempt to get better. Sounds like a real winning idea to me. We'll suck now and continue to suck, but at least we'll all feel better about sucking.

You must be real successful in business. Real bright future.

I never had any expectations to begin with . Until they prove it their just paper champions and great talk show fodder for ESPN.

Couldnt have said it better.

I don't know why, I guess because it's ingrained in me, but I get sucked in every year, even when I know better. When Jerry announced Wade was coming back I basically knew this season would be a waste. But on game day I still tune in and hope for the best. But in reality, this team isn't going anywhere this year. Much like the Campo years except with more talent now. It really is sickening to think about.

I was saying we would go 9-7 and out of the playoffs, but now I think we will go 6-10 and our playoff drought continues. 13+ years.:bang2:

This has nothing to do with having a successful business. We can't control our teams play. We can control our business. Nothing that we say or do will leave an imprint on Jerry.

We will have to sit back and accept failure. There is nothing that we can do about it.

This has nothing to do with accepting losing, as none of us has an influence on the results. This is simply acknowledging what is patently obvious. Dallas is 2-2, and we are in the easy portion of our schedule. It gets much more difficult on the back stretch. If you analyzed the team with an unbiased eye before the season, this should have been obvious. This team just isn't talented enough to win games consistently in the NFL with poor coaching. We have average talent and below-average coaching, and that adds up to about 7-9.

Call me crazy, but I have a hard time believing this.

Todays game made me go ahead and think no playoffs and maybe 8-8. No way we can beat the really good teams playing like we have been.
