Heard from every player rumored to be traded to the Cowboys today to their coaches and management.

All of the trade talk going on here and that will be discussed this week, ask yourself this. What good player would want to come to play for this team?

If you are a QB like Fitzpatrick, Trubiskey or Taylor would you want this? All 3 lost their starting jobs but is coming to Dallas to start better than staying where they are in case they're needed? Would they want to play behind the 5 Matadors?

Would any good player want to come to this team?

There is also that element of this that we are not privy to, the players' network. Most of these guys know players on other teams so the network knows a lot more about what's going on behind the scenes and in that locker room and I would really like to know what's coming out of the Cowboys locker room as their defense for laying down.

The majority of NFL players, probably 95+%, are not leaders, they need and want leaders. Who are the leaders on the Cowboys? The players on this team fear leadership because that will single them out for criticism, better to stay in the background.

Seriously, if I were, say, Fitzy, and was informed I'd just been traded to the Cowboys, I'd refuse the trade/retire. Fitzy has plenty of dough, if he'd actually go to a crapp team and take a beating, he's a very dumb man.

Fitz is 37 and wants to play , he doesnt care where. If he did, he wouldnt have went to Miami.

Let some of these guys on CZ tell it, we have Dinucci aka the Dak replacer thats lurking inthe back that'll come in and grab this QB position by the horns.. If he can shine at the Football factory in JMU, Dinucci should take this NFC East by storm..

Agreed. Don't waste anymore resources than necessary to get a QB capable of fogging a mirror to take snaps for the remainder of the year.

Excellent question and I don't think it is, they're waiting for the primetime game of the week on SNF to do that. Didn't look bad enough against our long time rival, need to better against our most hated one.

We've done it before w/ the Cooper trade and the Cassell trade. We're really dumb that way.

I know that, but my point was Fitz had no problem going to a crap team... he wants to play. And at 37, hes playing pretty damn good and can easily get 3-4 more years of cash out of his body, regardless of where he is playing.

so you think that last years dolphins have more, better younger players than this team? I dont, I think the team has had massive injuries, then add in Dak, and this is what you get. With Dak, we were only slightly behind Seattle, because there defense isnt much better than the one in Dallas.

Possibly, but Fitzy joined the team in this off. They added two high round OL's and two other OL's in FA.
