Please no more "We need a leader" threads

After seeing Sherrington's latest gem, I think I might vomit. We are looking up at the Giants and Skins. The Giants leader is Coughlin. The Skins new leader is Zorn. Ours is Jerry. We are stuck with it. I do think he should lead by lighting into Wade's tail. I think it would help to give him more urgency vs. comfort and support.
