As much as I loved seeing our defence, and it's unfortunate when a player has to be cut. But unfortunately, Holden gave us an opportunity to cut someone and free up a roster spot for more talent with his fumble. I think Holden was likely not making the team anyway. It was amazing seeing the goal line stand. However, an opportunity is available for us if we want it.

I think the Cowboys would be wise to cut Holden and sign Von Miller to a one year deal. As good as our defence is, he knows Parker's scheme from playing in Denver, and I think Von Miller would make our defence potentially elite. I think there's enough preseason to where Holden can try another squad. In the meantime, imagine if we could make our defence elite with Von Miller. If we are elite across the board and stay healthy, we might be one of the scariest teams in the league.

Adding or not adding Von Miller has nothing to do with Holden.

If the Cowboys wanted him they could have signed him anytime in the last few months.

Oh same here, I just mean, they'll need to open a roster spot for TC to get him on. Holden has given them a player to part with to get Miller here. So, they should do it

I’d take him over Sam Williams as well.

He played two plays this game. Don't think it's fair to judge him off of last year quite yet. He played OLB in a 3-4 in college. Let's wait till we replace him with Von Miller who I guarantee you doesn't have his speed. Feel like the coaching staff currently believes in him.

Really, just about salary expectations -- you don't want to pay so much that he ends up a progress stopper.

He has always been regarded as a great leader and teammate. All these kids we have in the front 7 would benefit from him here.

If Holden is cut, it won’t be for miller, it will be because someone else beats him out for WR5.

So, if they bring in Miller, three, if not all four in that bubble group are likely gone.
