I think you HAVE to take Jack at 34 if he is there. Unless he is not even able to play this year, which i have not heard.

I think it will be Defensive Line. Value is so strong at DL but then again there's going to be talent there in 3rd too. Maybe even 4th. DB and LB may be picked clean by our 3rd.

Would people trade up from 3rd (+ our 4th) if Jack slips?

So you pass on the #5 overall player in the draft for the #30-40 (or so) player? The only reason you possibly do that is if you don't trust Jack's knee at all... and trust me EVERY team in the league is going to take a good long hard look at every medical report they can find now. If they find that he's worth the risk I will trust them.

lol. Dallas isn't the only team passing on the so called #5 overall player in the draft so far.

dude,his cartilage is separating from his knee,you cant rely on him.we already have several LBs with injury concerns.

I think our DL has potential to at least be decent, even considering the fact that Gregory and Lawrence are gone for the first 4 games.

Call me crazy, but I think we can get by with the Crawfords, Irving, Cedric Thornton and Mayowa until Lawrence and Gregory return.

And if we're being completely honest, will we really miss Gregory all that much?

We really could go in almost any direction in the 2nd (aside from RB) I would like to see another LB added for depth, although I'm not sure who's left besides Jack and I wouldn't risk it.
