This guy here needs serious help. At this point this guy need medical help. I think the police may be held negligent if they let him go with out it. This guy had been violent and next go around he may actually kill someone.

Lawrence Phillips comes to mind when I look at this guy and not from a football aspect either.

The beer pong, the hitting people with a car, all that stuff I understand...the weirdest thing, to me at least, is that someone was having a "house warming" at 3 am.

Its a mental health issue like Idgit said. In Psych there is a term (or used to be) called "Late Break" where someone is normal until a certain again in their teens or 20's, then they are completely unbalanced. Randle sounds like that kind of situation.

WICHITA, Kan. __ Court documents released today are shedding new light on what police and witnesses say lead up to Joseph Randle's arrest in Wichita last month on aggravated battery charges.

At approximately 3 a.m. on February 21, Wichita police responded to a disturbance call in the 8600 block of East Scott. Witnesses on the scene reported Randle had run over someone with a vehicle.

One victim told police he was hosting a house warming party at the location. He said a friend had invited Randle to the party but he had never met Randle before that night. At the party, the victim says Randle played a game of beer pong with one of the guests. Randle allegedly argued with that guest about who won the match, and Randle pushed the guest on the balcony. The victim says the guest apologized and the situation was defused.

The victim told police Randle then went downstairs where he continued to agitate people so the victim asked Randle to leave. The victim says he escorted Randle to the door and Randle acted like he was going to leave, but then ran back upstairs and grabbed someone by the wrist. The victim grabbed Randle around the waist and they both fell down the stairs. Several people then forced Randle out of the home.

The victim again asked Randle to leave and followed him out to a vehicle parked in the driveway. Randle opened the trunk. The victim told police he believed Randle was getting a gun so he asked if Randle had enough bullets for everyone. Randle closed the trunk and got into the driver's seat. The victim says Randle backed out of the driveway, stopped and then accelerated forward and struck him with his bumper at approximately 20 miles per hour. The victim was thrown over the top of the vehicle and landed on the ground.

The victim says Randle then drove around and back into the driveway. Witnesses say Randle drove into a crowd of half a dozen people, striking the first victim again and also a second victim, the first victim's sister, with his vehicle. The two victims went back inside the house but Randle followed them, forcing open the door and yelling that he would beat someone up.

The second victim told police she blacked out from her injuries. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment. A third victim also reported being struck by Randle's vehicle.

One witness told police that Randle started problems within five minutes of arriving at the party. The witness says Randle argued with several people and tried hit anyone he could. It took multiple people to get Randle outside once he'd been asked to leave.

Officials say while still at the scene, Randle made a spontaneous statement to a police officer that he had been chased from the residence by multiple people who tried to get him out of his vehicle. Randle was taken to a nearby police substation where he was told he was under arrest. Randle was asked to place his hands behind his back, but when an officer tried to grab one of Randle's arms, Randle pulled away. He reached into his pocket, grabbed a piece of white paper and threw it into the trash.

Police searched Randle and found a green leafy botanical substance in his pocket and in the trash can where Randle threw the paper.

Lawrence Phillips comes to mind when I look at this guy and not from a football aspect either.

Phillips was always a straight up thug, he was the 6th pick of the draft in 1996. But there were teams that said publicly they were taking him off their board and they were completely correct. Lawrence went to prison, killed someone in prison and then killed himself.

Even I can say Randle does not equate to Lawrence Phillips. Lawrence was a straight up grimey bully that had no respect for anyone's life (ultimately including his own).

Who was the RB from the Rams that eventually was sent to jail and then he committed suicide? Randle appears to be on the same path.
