All Gruden needs is a QB such as Dillon Gabriel, 24, Oregon. A dual threat left-handed slinger.
Gabriel and Lamb and an improved Dowdle could be a great foundation for our O.

I still don’t think most Cowboys fans realize that Jerry doesn’t think like we do - he doesn’t place winning at the top of his list of importance. He would rather lose being comfortable than win being uncomfortable.

My vote is that they'll bring him back pending him actually wanting to come back. I think Jerry wanted Belichick and didn't get him, so he'll want someone comfortable again. With all of the injuries, he thinks he can sell McCarthy and no other coach worth his salt would want to work in this circus.

Personally, I don't think it matters who the coach is if Jerry keeps running things the same.

Most good coaches realize how Jerry runs things. For someone's probably last coaching gig, it would be career suicide to work for Jerry. Only if nobody else is hiring do you look at Jerry and go "I guess?"
