Poll: Should Wade Phillips be fired?

No to firing Wade.

Just because if it happens Jason Garrett is too much of an idiot and will destroy this team once and for all.

If I was Jerry, I'd consider it since the team is such an unbelievably bad joke right now. The problem is that it's a joke on both sides of the ball and Garrett deserves his fair share of blame. So I'm not sure that firing Wade and making Garrett the HC is our only chance.

I'd stick with Wade for now just because 1-3 is bad, but not impossible to turn around from. I'd watch the next two games. We need to win both. If we went 1-1, but played good solid football then I'd say they turned it around. If they play sloppy football and go 1-1, he's gone. In fact, if they lose to Minny with sloppy football, I'd can him by Wednesday and see what Garrett can do and maybe he can prove me wrong.

#5- Should've been fired after losing to the Vikings last year in the playoffs.

No he should have been fired after the Eagles 44-6 butt hurt

Doesn't really matter if you if fire him now or at the end of the season. But I'm for it. He didn't have the spine to stand up to Jerry regarding getting rid of Ken Hamlin.

We'd be 3-1 right now with Hamlin.

fire wade now. Since Jerruh is so convinced that Red Ball is the future make him interim coach for the rest of the year as a tryout.

Number 1 without any doubt. A message needs to be sent. We've seen this tale too many times now.

One thing I think is clear. If Jerry cans Wade right now, the only way he ever lands another HC job is if he is the DC and he gets it on an interim bases until the season is over.

No way anyone ever hires him straight up to *be* the head coach again.

1. He should be let go after we find a replacement, the team might as well start getting accustomed to a new coach now so they will be more comfortable next year...

I was hoping i would wake up and see he was fired.

It could still happen. As far as I know, Jerry hasn't shown his face yet. Jerry usually always plants his face in the limelight at both good times and bad. He could be busy trying to find Wade's replacement.

Thats what I'm hoping.

Jerry, call Dan Reeves!

5. He is standing in another man's spot right now on the sidelines. They never should have brought him back this season. A new direction with some discipline may have been extremely helpful.
