So after a relatively positive off-season, training camp, pre-season schedule, and now roster cuts (so far) what level of trust for this organization do you have?

High, medium, low or zero?

Please vote and say why you voted that way. Everyone be respectful of each other. It’s ok to disagree without attacking people.

I voted LOW trust. I like some things I’ve seen this off-season. Like less drama, Caleb Downs, Chris Parker, the new defensive scheme. But for me it will take a lot more than a positive off-season to trust this organization.

Until they prove something, my trust is low.

This is going to turn out well.... I wonder how long it will last until you have to lock it?

For the record, I voted "D", but not because they have to prove it in the playoffs, I have zero trust in the organization because of Jerry and the rest of the Jones clan.

I have zero trust because of Jerry sitting on his butt and doing nothing after the GB disaster game.

I have zero trust because Jerry thought Jason Garrett was a good hire. Then kept his butt around for 10 damn years. Schotty isn't much better either.

I have zero trust because of what was leaked about the Parcells hire.

I think one of the big things they are doing is getting away from the emotional attachment they have to some of these players. You've seen us keep players here that only because of whatever reason they stayed on this roster. To this coaching staff, if you're not good enough we're getting rid of you or bringing in competition! We're not afraid to mention that players need to play better etc etc, I like it

He's a year older. That's about it.
He definitely looks more like Skeletor each passing day.

When I was a crisis negotiator for the past several decades on the left coast, I worked with the golden rule- Past behaviors are great indicator of future behaviors. Therefore, I must wait and see how this team does in the playoffs, if they make it that far.

Coogs, I agree that is a good thing. But in my book until we WIN something with these new players, it’s hard to know “things are different.”

Right so true, we get hyped up only to drop! I'm hopeful this year even though I'm sure I'll have negative things to say on the way lol

I'm very happy with the effort made this year in acquiring talent this is what should happen every year there should be this kind of effort.

That said the coaching staff is unproven granted they get along good with the players they communicate well seems like the players will play hard.

But in big moments in big games can we win the chess match against other coaches who have one super bowls and been to them.

We have to be dominant at situational football manage the clock correctly and get rid of the penalties.
This coaching staff absolutely has to have a disciplined approach and make people accountable for these penalties we are the most penalized team in the NFL in the last 10 years.

This needs to change if we want to get to a Super bowl

Stanback stated earlier today on Talkin' Cowboys, every Tuesday, the Cowboys invite free agents to come in and workout, so a roster spot is never guaranteed in DAL.
