If I was going to look at a college coach Gary Patterson of TCU is a guy I would be interested in.

Yep, looking forward to that Patterson/Peterson rematch.

We'll see...we'll see.

I went with Garrett, purely because I feel like going in-house is the closest we can get to avoiding the whole "starting over" thing...Not saying it would solve anything. Sometimes I think starting over is exactly what this team needs.

Young Shanahan is only 30 years old?

I didn't vote for him but just saw a list of coaches and their ages.

Pretty crazy.

I picked Jerry as a joke because he's done everything else to ruin this team except coach. I figured, let him get coaching out of the way, show he's a failure there like GM and maybe we can get this team back.:banghead:

Gruden please!!! The man took Dungy's team to the super bowl and has done nothing since. Not chucky!!!

Okay, then the team he played and beat in the SuperBowl that year, was his Raiders the year before. In essence, both team in the SuperBowl that year were a result of Gruden.

Its a shame Nolan was a dud as a head guy.

I know.

What he has done at Denver is amazing.

S.F. was a mess as a franchise when he was there. And they lacked talent.

I would almost be tempted to at least interview him.

Me too. I don't think he got a fair shot. Everyone forgets, Belichick was run out of Cleveland on his first HC gig.

1) Cowher

2) Too close to call vs Garrett/Rivera for me

I don't think anyone else out there has a legit shot.

I like Nolan too. Bill Belichek sucked in his first head coaching gig with Cleveland. Sometimes the first chance is just not the right situation. I love what he has done for the Broncos defense.

I would love to have Fisher but it's going to be Garrett.

Cowher makes the most sense. He would be the perfect counter to
Shanny.

I really liked Nolan make Assitant HC an have him run our the 3-4

and Garrett as HC

Offensive Assisant/Quality Control: John Harbaugh or Hue Jackson
D Line - Keith Butler 3-4 guy
Linebackers: Reggie Herring
Secondary: Dennis Thurman
Wide Receivers: Ray Sherman
Tight Ends: John Garrett
Running Backs: Joe Lombardi
Offensive Line:
Hudson Houck
Special Teams: Joe DeCamillis
QB Coach:
Brian Ferentz -

or maybe one these guys
O- line - Bruce Matthews - Mike Munchak
Secondary - Willie Brown – Gil Byrd
