That is a valid point in my opinion, A coaching overhaul is not really one if there are remnants of the previous staff remaining in key positions. Offensive coordinator is about as key as they get.

And on top of that McCarthy came in and purposely DIDN’T change the offensive language!

How many screens do they need to run? It's not like the RBs weren't part of the passing game.

Imagine if McVay was our coach. He schemes his guys open on offense. Simple base set but misdirection,playaction off of it. Dak is more talented than Goff hands down.
Also can we stop these stupid RPO style runs , can we get the line moving and then turn around and hand the ball to Zeke. He always runs into a crowded mess.

Well, I for one miss Garrett! I thought going for the 53 yd FG was a mistake. Should have punted and tried to pin them back deep. And that 4th and 3 call was just dumb as ****. As soon as I saw them line up, I said why aren't we kicking the chip shot field goal to tie the game?

Can't say Garrett is still demanding moore call certain plays. Maybe we begin to see MM change the game plan now and excerpt more influence.

I dont think he can, he made a deal to give kellen a free hand running the offense, and until jones boys decide MM needs to take over, it will
be kellen and look like this game.

Pollard was not used to his fullest yesterday. I would love to see him run straight down the field for a long pass. We have weapons but yesterday the Garrett Vanilla pop warner playbook was brought to LA.

that is all on kellen, he is the one who calls the plays.

Moore's playcalling was trash. But still we only lost by 3. The offense and defense look to be in preseason form. Offense didn't look very creative.

MM is and should still be part of the offensive plan. He can also help guide moore in the type of plays he calls and when to call them. That is where I thought we could see a change rather than the playbook itself.
