Pollard looked great today

Pollard did look pretty good.
Zeke also looked much better.

Still not much run blocking up the middle for either one of them. Though better today, but not consistent.
 
He's a great running back and an even better change of pace.
 
Elliot is hurting this offense and destroying momentum anytime he’s on the field.

Right now there is a very specific role that he needs to be in and what Dallas is doing with him just hurts our team.

To be fair to Zeke.. He is hobbled with an injury.


Zeke is severely overpaid. That’s a big problem.

I just wish the Cowboys could get over his contract and do what’s best for our football team and right now Pollard is what is best for our offense.

We need explosive plays and Dak & Zeke are a shell of themselves.


Like I said this entire past week. If anyone is going to save this season on offense it will be Tony Pollard and once teams fear him then Dak will suddenly look like he did earlier in the year but it starts with Pollard.
 
The Cowboys are currently paying 15 million per for a back to push the pile but Zeke is good at doing that.

Dak was just fine today he did everything asked of him very well…

Im not speaking about specifically today.

I prefer the Dak to start the season then the guy we have trotted out on offense since Denver.

Yes...he is. Keeping dak healthy is part of that paycheck. Zeke haters like catch17....think Pollard can keep dak healthy....Pollard gets pancaked as often as a block.

If you like dak...thank zeke and pay him too.

he’s played a few bad games and was definitely in a slump. Not having the best OL on the field and receivers running the wrong routes and not getting open (Kellens playcalling) wasn’t helping. But today was a step in the right direction. Dak was fairly sharp. There’s room for the offense to improve for sure but today was a step forward imo.

let’s lose the WR screens for one

Yes he’s blocking is very good but if the Cowboys could get out of that contract after this season they would. They may try to restructure it but I do believe next season will be Zeke’s last with the Cowboys. From what I understand they would take a big cap hit if they moved on from him after this season.

is he really? nice. thought he was gone after this one. Dallas is so stubborn having zeke out there. i would roll with clement and Pollard. have healthy zeke for playoffs
