This is the couple who do the Hyundai Holiday commercials. Dug around till I found them on You Tube. Talanted and fun bunch.

lol They have been huge on youtube for a long time. I remember I saw the commercial and I was like WITW!? I thought it was so strange to see them on national TV.

I do like them but they really are not nearly as good as a lot of more traditional bands that are not so project-y and random. Meh not bad though.

I think it's because they seem so unstructured and goofy that makes me like them.

Her voice is annoying -- and is basically a carbon copy of some other singer's vocal style (can't remember that singer's name at the moment, though).

Those Hyundai commercials are almost as bad as that LG phone commercial where it sounds like an annoying Lisa Simpson clone is singing in the background.

Pompalmoose is pretty cool. Loved their body of performances on Youtube.
No accounting for taste for some of you all.... Though the Hyundai stuff isn't exactly their best format.

Of course, apparantly there are loads of people who think that Coors commercials are somehow funny. Etc.

The only difference is that Spektor actually has range both in pitch and tone. For the most part, the Pomplamoose chick has tried to copy her sound to the extent she can.
