I'm glad they didn't throw a flag on that. They could have, but it would have been ridiculous. The other ref was giving the player an earful, though!

I give the ref credit for not flinching. Just kept on announcing the penalty.

That was incredibly weird. The Ref that got hit kinda smiled, but the other one wasn't having it. I'm surprised he didn't throw the flag. The player was trying to apologize too lol.
