Is it the reason we lost? Not entirely. This unit as a whole has been consistently bad for the entire season. Poor field position has been the norm. The offense bailed them out alot early in the season, but as of late not so much.

It's give-in that there will be a penalty of some sort on 3 out of 4 punts. Players are constantly fair catching inside the 10 yard line.

At a crucial time in the game last night, they were very close to a roughing the kicker. I know I know, it was a Giant that hit the punter, but our guys were right there in the mix.

What bothers me the most is the same mistakes happen over and over and over. To me, that's on coaching.

If this team wants a run at a SB, special teams play needs to improve ten-fold.

Bad field position was the result of bad offense. The Cowboys were constantly punting deep in their own territory.

We need a real kick returner, that's for sure. But it won't help much if there is a hold or block in the back on half of the returns.

All I know is that Dwayne Harris is still a beast on special teams coverage. Pain in our tail
