We got our leaders at RB, i dont think anyone disrespects MB3 for his lack of interview time, but I guarantee you he is the RB groups leader, and Choice, Felix, and Larrimore gain strength through watching the Barbarian punish every time he touches the ball even if its only a net gain of a foot.
Heres a group that leads by example...and Barbers still the respected elder, the rest of the offense will feed off the running game.

Though TO's exit doesnt sit well with alot of fans,, dont even want to open that up again... his departure will actually enable/push somebody, maybe Crayton, Austin... to step into that leadership role that TO made very easy for the rest of the WRs... that role was his, it was just understood even after RWs welcoming.

So TOs gone, and now this team has a void right there, where the door is wide open to take that role for this offense.

So who steps up at WR?
That may be one of the more intriguing battles in camp and preseason, just watching who wants to grab that golden ring first.

Its an attitude that will benefit this young WR core, and attitude that is spawned simply because the big brother is gone, and somebodys turn to take care of the family.
Step to the plate.

The reason Roy was traded for was to be that guy. He'd better be the guy who steps up and takes that on.
