PK- no way we can rely on the draft to get our next kicker. after all the TO hoopla settles down, we desperately need to address this position, i kinda wished it wouldve already happened.

WR - obviously with the release of Keyshawn, we will more than likely replace him with TO. possibly re-sign Key back, no problem there

FS- although we could find a FS in the draft, i feel that we should add a veteran FS through FA, one name that is flying under the radar is Idrees Bashir who was recently released by the Colts.

Center- i have very little confidence in our scouting department to draft a center or for that matter a OL, with Gurode re-signing it signals to me that we arent in the market for a center. although i think we need one.

RT- you could make an argument that we can address this through the draft with our #18 pick or even our 2nd rounder, or stick with Pettiti, Tucker, maybe even Rogers if healthy, this position needs an upgrade not sure what our brass have in mind, i would feel alot better if we got Fabini to through in the mix.

LB- i feel good about our LB situation, obviously adding Ayodele helps alot, if a good vet is out there i would be ok, more importantly i dont see the need to go out and try to sign a high priced FA.

TE- (backup or blocking) is a need with the loss of Campbell, would be nice to sign Hannan but we could easily draft one.

which leads us to the draft, if we can address those positions in FA, it could easily set us up for a true BPA in the upcoming draft.

I take it you meant "PK" instead of "KR"? :)

Good takes.

RT- I think we are going to draft a RT in the first or second round. If we do that, then we don't need a FA given we've drafted someone to start and Pettiti and Tucker are solid if not excellent backups.

We could even sign a stopgap player after the draft if it came down to it.

LB- I agree with you because drafting a guy leaves us with very little experience at the one position in the 3-4 where experience is crtical. I was more than a little ticked off that McGinest didn't even make the trip to Dallas. Unfortunately the veteran that makes the most sense is John Abraham, but he'll cost a fortune and a draft pick too.

C- l agree with you, but unfortunately we've made our bed by drafting Johnson and Gurode each in the 2nd round and not signing Bentley.

FS- Marcus Coleman is probably already searching for houses in the Dallas area. It makes too much sense IMO. We should also draft one, but we do have Berry-O as well.

I'm not sold FLO is going to come back and light it up....330lbs guy coming off a knee is not a good thing... If it was my team I would be looking for a LT!!! Schaeffer would have been very HIGH on my list... oh well! I think the PATS have a guy out there with some LT ability... I think Krosier played there but I'm not sold that he is the guy!

that leaves the draft or the wing and a prayer of COLUMBO, ROGERS and TUCKER seeing the light and steppig up!!!
