I'm not so positive.
If it is a true high ankle sprain, then it takes 4 weeks of rest for it to heal. After that, the player still isn't the same the rest of the season.

Look no further that opening day, 2015. Rookie Randy Gregory was having a surprising game versus the Giants. He then had a high ankle sprain and was out a month. He was never the same the rest of the year.

Biadasz is in his 3rd or 4th season on the offensive line. Does that matter that much? I'm unsure about that. I just wouldn't expect him to play at the same level he was playing at.

Tyler Badass and Lane Johnson of Philly seem to be in the same boat. How effective will each be when they return?

High ankle sprains are usually a month or so, but we don't know severity.
Stephen said on the Fan this afternoon that it's the same ankle that he had the high sprain on previously and that you "usually heal faster the second time."

I'm not a doctor and neither is he, but that was the explanation given.

His lateral quickness sucks with two good ankles. So we don't need him out there playing on a bad ankle in the playoffs.
