Outside of the Colts I think Dallas has the most promise of any team in the NFL to be a complete team for the next 3-5 years

Eagles and Rams are about to be ravaged with the salary cap

Saints, Steelers, Chargers and Patriots are on borrowed time with their QBs.

Chiefs are a one man team.

I'll start it off..

Gallup is still developing and boy he was great, the sky's the limit with that one...

What are some bright spots you see, we got a young team...

We didn't get blown out by the Rams as I expected. If we had gotten some breaks, we could have won. So I feel good about that. As far as the future? Who knows?

Look at what happened to Indy. And what's probably going to happen to the Eagles today.

Some people say it's better to be blown out than lose a close game in the playoffs.

I'm not among them. I like to feel proud of the effort at least.

But that's just me.

Gallup is going to be a star. he and Cooper are legit #1 and #1A
Dak is still improving and it shows
The defense is still good
The OL will improve dramatically once Fred Beard gets back (Love what Looney did for us)
I can't see going forward with the STs coach and Linehan. That will be a plus.

We just got bull dozed early in the game by a well rested team. We fought back and made it close. We have a few loose ends to tie up but overall we are in good shape.

I think our qb actually showed improvement this season.

The first half of the season I thought he was toast.

But I think he got better with the addition of Cooper and he changed his m.o. as well. He used to be a guy that couldn't play unless his running game was crushing it and he had all the time in the world. He didn't have those luxuries for stretches this year but went on to do well regardless.

He's got a lot more improving to do, but hopefully he can become a legitimate franchise qb. I have reason to believe thats within the real of possibility.

Although Id continue to add and develop qb talent regardless. The other thing is I probably wouldn't pay him this offseason unless its a team friendly deal.

The reason so many of us fans are negative, is what we came to full realization last night, is this team is going to lock in personnel that will assure what we saw this season (AT BEST) for the next several years. As long as Dak is behind center, that last night? Is as good as it's gonna get. He was terrible. He's not going to improve, his basic skill set is just lacking. As a fan, you'll see years of this and it's depressing.

I’m skeptical about Dak myself, but this post is blatantly off base. The loss was mostly about the running games - the failure of ours and our failure to stop or even slow theirs. It was not on Dak.

Get this O-line dominant again in the offseason and we are right back in business. We could even keep Linehan in that circumstance. He could run the ball on 1st down 100% of the time if he wanted to (which I know he does). Don't even have to outwit the defense at all, just execute.

Let's get it done!!

Bout as positive as I can be

well our loss can get us back to hating and rooting against the Eagles once again..theres that :))

you had me going until Chiefs being one man Team lets visit the reality

Mahomes, Hill, Kelce and Watkins when helathy are more then one man..yes their leader is awesome..Now on the other side they have pass rushers, pretty good Lbs, and Eric Berry will be back plus one of the best coaches around..lets not be wearing blinders
the eagles if they fix the QB controversy will be back chargers have enough young talent that even if Rivers retires soon they can move forward..

Can I reserve the right to comment at a later date once the coaching situation is finalized?

The team is young, talented and full of promise; however, I want to see what they do at OC and DC first. My jury is still out on Richard being the guy but I want to see more than yelling in the faces of his players. Hell, they don't even pull that crap in college. And did he get the desired response from publicly yelling at his two star LB's? No. Coaches yell at teams, if they yell at all, not players on the sideline.

But I am really most interested to see if they make a change at OC. QBC? I don't care because I don't even know what the hell they do. But I've never been a Linehan fan and want to see some new blood in there. Then I'll get positive if for no other reason than change.

Man. I couldn't have said it better if I tried.

That tough physical game last week against Seattle took more out of this team than we thought. But they fought with everything had left.
I agree and that tough alley fight was the reason I picked them to win, thought it made them hard and mean but I think they were tired. That first drive of the Rams made me think we were headed for a rout, the front 7 were moving in mud.

I guess losing by 8 is one of those moral victories? If the Rams win it all, Booger will come back and tout that they lost to the eventual champions.
