Coaching, only positive I have about coaching is they removed whatever distraction they though they had in Dez. Stephen and Garrett seemed to have overruled Jerry. So that's good? I still want Garrett gone but let's see how he does with the time he has left on his contract.

Negatives? Garrett and linehan in game decisions. The noise we're getting about lockeroom divisions. We need defense in the draft. God help us, go Cowboys!

Another positive is no more babysitting Dez. Elliot hopefully not. As mynwould say to
me if you want to be treated like an adult then act like one. Adults take responsibility for their jobs like being on time, Dez had some difficulty with that among other things.

Kris Richards and Paul Alexander. Cap space to possibly go after Early Bird Thomas. A full year of experience in our secondary. 2 years of experience with Dak. A nice first year from the other Smith not named Jaylon and a Smith with another off season to rehab. Pick at the scabs if you like but there are a few positives

Big time. Also there is a big philosophical difference with Dez gone. Dak's game is execution, run fakes and making the right reads. They have a bunch of B list WRs that fit well with that, it won't be a weekly issue of Dez pounding on the table for more targets. I didn't think Dez was a diva, but I can also see the WRs turning into a more cohesive group if the attention is on Sanjay Lal and not Dez Bryant.

There are plenty of reasons to entertain positive thought going into the draft/camp/season.

The only ones creating noise about locker room divisions are fans. C'mon. Fans stop saying it, it ends. Or fans get drafted and get to see life from the inside. Like that's gonna happen in two weeks

You're doing an awesome job. Thank you. The coaches know they're on warm seats. That's all that matters IMO. So let's rally around the possibilities and see what happens. We still have an incredibly talented team that's going to load up even more in the draft (& likely bring ET on board).

I've given credit where I believe credit is due more than most fans when it comes to JG. I agree. It seems we're moving in a new direction. I didn't believe we had the stones a month ago to cut Dez. Clearly I was wrong and although I've given credit where I believe credit is due, I'm not blind to JG's failings. One more year. One more. At least one playoff win and if we don't win at least 1 playoff game, in the words of Arnie "hasta la vista baby"
