Having looked at the possible picks in the 3rd round, I'll now consider some possibilities in the 4th... I'll wait until sometime tomorrow afternoon to offer up some takes on 5th round possibilities...

Obviously, there's a bit of chance that one or more of the 14 players I listed for the Boys 3rd round pick could slip down this far, and if they did, they'd be added to this list...

DeAngelo Smith, CB, Cincinnati... the Boys have shown interest in him...

Jasper Brinkley, LB, South Carolina... I don't like him for the Boys, but again, they've shown interest in him...

Jason Williams, LB, Western Illinois... both the Boys and I like him...

Ramses Barden, WR, Cal Poly... the Boys seem to like him...

Dorell Scott, DL, Clemson... the Boys like him more than I do...

Tupou Fenuki, OT/OG, Oregon... I think I like him more than the Boys do...

Rhett Bomar, QB, Sam Houston State... not a favorite of mine...

Michael Hamlin, S, Clemson... I'm kind of "meh" about him...

TJ Lang, OG/C, Eastern Michigan... perhaps the last center prospect worth a draft pick...

Jarett Dillard, WR, Rice... yes, please...

Jason Phillips, LB, TCU... another that me and the Boys are fond of...

Jonathan Casillas, SS, Wisconsin... a conversion project from OLB and one of my pet cats...

CJ Spillman, S, Marshall...

Emanuel Cook, S, South Carolina...

Zack Follett, LB, Cal...

Brandon Williams, LB, Texas Tech...

Roy Miller, NT, Texas... this would really please me...

Lardarius Webb, CB, Nicholls State...

Dannell Ellerbe, LB, Georgia... solid cover 'backer, could replace Kevin Burnett in that role...

Greg Toler, DB, St. Paul's...

Bradley Fletcher, DB, Iowa...

There's 21 possible 4th round draft picks for you... I really like Williams, Fenuki, Lang, Dillard, Phillips, Casillas, Miller, Ellerbe, Toler and Fletcher...

Of course, there's always the chance that the Boys won't keep all 3 of their 4th round picks...

Kenny is a really cool dude, played football against him ( I went to Northcobb, he went to south cobb. our rivals) and ran track 4 years. I like him as a late rnder. He is a smart football player.

I know that not many have talked about or CB situation this year. Everyone is talking about OL and WR but I'm hoping we can find another Scandrick (or even close) in one of these spots because we are really thin at that position IMO. I thought we were thin before we traded Henry.

These are my top 4. I like some of the others too, just not as much as these guys. The 5th is probably Casillas, but I think his injury drops him another round.

A fine list, BAT...

The more I talk with you, the more I get the feeling that we're twin sons of different mothers... I am, of course, the evil twin...

It has been a genuine pleasure talking with you the last few days...

My ex would not agree with you. :D

But the feeling is mutual. I have really enjoyed talking football with you and the guys. I have even enjoyed the heated exchanges, guess I'm a masochist, or a sadist. :D

She hasn't met me yet... trust me, a half hour with me and you'd start to look REAL good to her...

I'm glad you understand that I can have heated exchanges with guys that I both like and respect... doesn't diminish the respect at all...

You could be a real bear, dying of mange, and you still wouldn't stand a chance. :D

Yeah, noticed that. I hope you continue feeling the same, I can be ornery at times myself. I have to say, you have one of the best schticks I have seen. Your humor combined w/your laser focus makes for some of the best reading around.

But enough with the mutual admiration society, what news do you have? Is Casey still on our radar, I'm worried he gets grabbed w/in the first 5 picks on the second day? With Pat White gone, the only other wildcat option is Edelman. In addition to the 2nd round value guys, I am certain that there is going to be a run on TEs in the mid 3rd to 4th, or earlier. Your thoughts?

Brandon Tate. He could start on special teams, maybe play a little. Hes a good kick returner.

IMO Tate will be available later, he won't even be running again until around training camp. Injuries that have not healed make teams skittish.

It would appear that he's also a stoner... this dampens my enthusiasm...

What round though? If he fell to the 5th, I think that would be great...more of a luxury pick if we are able to fill the holes in the 3rd and 4th.
