Jerry a few years ago.... Jason, you have too much going on with being HC, OC and calling the plays during the games. So you will no longer let you call the games and you need to get an OC.

Jerry after this season... Well you have been Head Coaching more and the other OC did not work out. So we will probably hire someone who is a position coach to be OC in title but we, looks at Stephen, might you call plays again.
