Possibly depressing exercise

Ok, as I posted in the NFL Forum, looks as tho Zuriel Smith will be cut by the Giants on Tuesday. So here's the exercise: Do a rundown of the players who were on the roster in 2003 & 2004 who went to other teams & have now been cut, or who are just plain out of the league altogether. Should be interesting (& sobering). I think it also shows the challenge BP was facing in really overhauling this team. I'm trying to think of players who've been successful, & I can come up with AB--& even he's a "possible" until he shows that he's finally matured.

Also break down who was on the team and who was brought in once Bill arrived. There wasn't a lot to work with and some guys brought in weren't better options.

I think if this is done 2 years from now, it will be a different story.

Zellner is with the Cards, I saw Javier Collins' name flash on the bottom of my screen on the NFL channel last night so he just got cut, along with Micah Knorr.

Myers is with the Broncos..but he may not make the final 53. If that happens I really doubt anyone else takes a chance on him..but you never know.
