Unless I'm mistaken, you need to find a place to host it on the internet. I use Photobucket, which is a free site and easy to use.

You simply open a photobucket account, then upload your picture and then link it using the image tag.

then take the link to the picture and click the little yellow box in the reply box and paste the link in there

I don't know about everyone else, but Copy Paste works for me... But I've only used pics already on the internet.
