Well one, we didn't let him go. We just didn't pay him the big contract Miami did.No he did not work out just fine. In the end we let him go.
Two, the coaches screwed it up trying to make him some sort of hybrid S/CB. When he finally settled in at CB, he was quite good, although his lack of interceptions did rub people the wrong way. But his peripheral stats like PDs, opposing passer rating, etc. were pretty good.
