They should be interested in adding a couple of Will Fuller, Eric Fisher, Kevin King, Trey Flowers, Daryl Williams and Jarvis Landry. We know not to expect any of them.

He has a low PFF grade right now, so I'm not sure what's up with that.

He has to be a shell of who he was when he was on the Cowboys. And I didn't think he was that good then. That was during the time whenever Sean Lee went off the field with an injury, our D collapsed. Hitchens was part of that D.

Got to be better than what we have.

Jordan Davis is going to have Biadasz on his back.
This is not going to be pretty

It won't be just Biadasz going up against him. Davis will more than likely line up in the G/C gap. Right between Biadasz and our rookie. Or whoever is playing left guard. And he'll probably occupy both of them.

Chiefs let Hitchens go for a reason. He can't run any longer and is a liability against the pass. Teams looked at film and he has really fallen off last year. Pass.

Hitchens would provide depth at MIKE cover for/or interchange with LVE.....stop the run up the middle and allow Cox/Kearse to cover and Micah/De to rush.

If you look at late last season LVE was playing better. Hitchens wouldn't be an upgrade and would want several million to sign. Quinn uses only 2 lbs most of the time anyway. Micah is not going to play end all of the time.

I never claimed Hitchens would replace LVE and agree that he's losing range. What i'm saying is that even though we like playing Nickel Defense and have a corp of Micah, Cox, LVE, Kearse (poss. Williams and Gifford) we are short of ILB than can play against the run.

Not UDFAs, just guys lingering around looking for a job.

Anyone interesting on the market?
I wouldn’t mind seeing Anthony Hitchens on a one year deal. As someone else also mentioned, former browns C JC Tretter is still available and not that old at 31.

A long shot might be former pro bowl G Kyle Long who retired in 2020 with the bears then un-retired in 2021 to join chiefs but never played much. Lots of talent at one time but is he still physically able?

Bottom line- I would like to see us sign a LB and G…maybe a C.

I don't see any such moves until right before TC. They want to see what they have in OTA's and Mini Camps first. Possibly even a few weeks into TC before we see any moves.
Except for those players going on PUP, then they may have a few roster spots open to bring someone in.

The amount of talent just sitting out there now in FA is pretty impressive.

All you guys defending the front office saying there was tons of time to add quality FAs, even post draft, were spot on. I expect some really nice improvements to the roster between now and the start of camp.

Still want OLB/ED Jadaveon Clowney - only 29 and had 9 sacks last season. Still a disruptor vs pass and a rock vs run.

DT Akiem Hicks is also still available.

And this guy is a Stevie special - cheap, young and still with tons of upside. Another huge athletic Chiefs castoff e.g. David Irving.

Tanoh Kpassagnon - DE/DT
Height: 6’7″
Weight: 289lbs

Career Stats:

93 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 11 sacks, 26 quarterback hits, 2 forces fumbles

*Former 2nd round pick - 2017, KC Chiefs
*Likely a Saints cut

I'd love for us to get Hicks. I also like Tanoh.
