I've watched some of his videos and I am convinced by his unwatchable rants that he has some mental illness issues. He has had rants against the kicker Maher, Rants against Noah Brown and rants against Tyler Smith at tackle. He goes on and on with his negative takes against the team and players. He is basically nuts.

I'm still completely and utterly confused as to what MM actually does, but credit to him. It's not easy to win without your starting qb.

I wouldn't be so down on him if he didn't dime on himself all the time. Not being involved in the playoff game plan, or knowing the offense three years in seems crazy to me.
