Joseph makes a boneheaded mistake on special teams and fans forget how good he has played as a gunner. He's got to step up now on defense, though, so we'll see if he's up to the task.

He has a LOT of penalties on ST. As well as on defense.

If they are supposed to silence their phones during meetings, I could see McCarthy using this as a way to establish discipline. Don't let the stars get away with something that seems insignificant but make the punishment something that is really insignificant but maybe a little meaningful for the player.
