Eagles has to beat Dallas and either win week 17 or a Cowboys loss.

If I was a billionaire or the son of a billionaire, I think I would live very differently than these two.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to own the Cowboys, but I would hire people I trust and then take off during the offseason and head to the islands, the slopes, or to the gym a lot. Maybe show up for draft week and then head back out until the season started. I would also dress differently for games. Classy, but not frumpy formal, but that is just me.
