Dan Campbell is a motivator/old school/leadership type coach.

While it was ages ago, with Miami, he was quite green as the HC but at least got the team to play hard. Wasn't a X and O's type of guy.

Maybe being under Payton did him some good.

Yeah if we keep same model HC - Motivator builder, OC - X/O and DC -X/O i think he can be good.... not to mention he's been around Parcells and Payton so he knows situational football.

middle of the week boredom is more like it... but i was thinking if my boss told me flat out i sucked in this game and undermined me to the media + i did not have a contract for the next year. even if I'm offered one i might just say no thank you ill go Coach at Princeton and live out my life with all the money i've taken from you.
