I'll start. This will always be one of my favorites. The deficit we had to overcome in the 2nd half to win it and then the guts we had to call a play action pass on 3rd and 2 in OT deep in our own territory. Loved it! Rocket had tons of speed when he was here. This was one of the last games of the Triplet era as well since Irvin's career was cut short a few games later in Philly.

Floatyworm and COACHPARCELLS completely taking over EXTREMESKINS 2001 after a Monday Night massacure 9-7.

In Week 6 of the 2001 season, the two teams met in a Monday Night Football matchup. What made that particular game unique was that both teams entered the game 0-4, a MNF first. Dallas won 9-7, and won the rematch as well.

Larry Cole busting through the line to make a shoestring tackle of Riggins in the backfield on 3rd and 1, late in the 4th qtr in the last game of the 1979 season. It gave the ball back to the Cowboys, and made Staubach's comeback possible. It was voted the greatest game of the 1970's, and it was Staubach's last win.

I also remember Thanksgiving 1974, which is still a close second.

One of my favorite's... from Silver Spring, MD... been to RFK.. several times.. 91' season ... skins defending SB champs 11-0. I think Jimmy had the "hit the guerilla in the mouth" speech. We took them down... Of course.. '91 we were coming of age and "on the brink." What stands out was the sheer timing of Aikman to Irvin... the slants and skinny posts were like clockwork. Aikman got hurt, Buerline came in and we didn't miss a beat. Irvin abused Darrell Green all game.

1990 Thanksgiving. Emmitts coming out party where I knew for sure he was the real deal and the team was on the way back up. So young that team was.... Great game!

Growing up in the DC area the rivalry was the best in the 80s and 90s. I went to the game at RFK in 1988 when we were 2-12 and the Skins were fighting for a playoff spot. I wore my Randy White jersey to the game and took a ton of heat on the Metro and before the game. When ended up winning 24-17 with 3 TDs from Steve Pelluer to Michael Irvin. We knew we had a star and Irvin and the loss kept the Skins from the playoffs. The ride back on the Metro was a lot more fun.

We beat them again in DC the next year for our only win of the year. No matter what the records were, the Cowboys-Skins game was always a big deal.
