I've been going back and forth with this game, but I give Dallas two main advantages:

1. Having an extra week to prepare
2. First home day game; pressure will be off the players with all the new stadium stuff

Romo 17/26 for 256 yards and 2 TD's

Barber 16 carries, 72 yards

Austin 5 rec for 77 yards and 1 TD

Witten 8 rec for 65 yards and 1 TD

Cowboys 23, Falcons 18

I largely agree, except Barber with 74 yards. Don't ask, just accept that I am an expert.

That the falcons will be crying like little girls by 7pm eastern.

Atlanta 27, Dallas 21. We are winning 21 to 20 with 2 minutes to go, Ryan drives the field, beating Ken Hamlin and Patrick Watkins down the middle for the winning score with 23 seconds left.

We have 11 penalties for 110 yards and Atlanta scores 10 points off of 2 turnovers. :(

This is very close to what I see happening so I will just quote it.

I'll go with 27-24 ATL. It'll be close.

ATL 34 - 31 in overtime.

Dallas wins the toss. Drives down to the 15 yard line. Folk misses the kick.

Atlanta drives 65 yards that ends with a 38 yard field goal.

Romo gets the blame.

Time to take control of this season and shove a fist in the face of the doubters.

Cowboys 27

Falcons 20

Atlanta has a good QB; good receiving options, and has a solid RB duo.

We've faced a team like that already. The Giants. Yes, we lost to the Giants.... but if we can take care of the ball, I think we can beat Atlanta.

The Giants defense is much better than Atlanta's, to boot.

It comes down to the turnover battle. If we take care of the ball, we win.
