On a serious note.

I think I will finally have a cellphone soon. Wife convinced me to get an Iphone because she will get a special deal on the phone and only a few extra dollars on her monthly bill.

I doubt I text with it. I doubt I will actually talk on it. But I can do the listen to music, play with the apps and stuff on it.

Old dogs learning new tricks I guess. :laugh2:

Oh and these background things for the phones.

She got some skins for her phone. Covers the outside in some girly pink design but it also came with a code that she can download a screen background to match it.

Not sure if others do that or not.

For an iPhone
Hold the "home" button, then hit the "power/sleep" button, and a capture of your screen is in your photos.

Then just e-mail it to yourself or upload it via twitpic/yfrog/tinypic.

I use twitter for my iphone so I always just upload from their built in photo uploader.

I wouldn't necessarily say that. I had no clue how to sbf my phone when I rooted my D1 and messed up quite a few times while following directions and it never hurt my phone.

Obviously, once you root, the warranty is violated.

No theme on mine right now because I just switched ROMs (From Simply Stunning to Bugless Beast) a few days ago and haven't got around to installing one.

Here you can download ROMs, custom boot logos, custom boot animations, etc.

If you ever come across problems with your phone there is an excellent chance they know whats up with it too.

I never ran dropcap2 on this phone. It didn't turn out the colors well at all. Most likely because it's a droid app. Anyways.... Here are a couple of shots from my phone. This is from a Dell Streak..which some might not know is used more in a landscape mode than portroit because of the size.
