Postives from the Baltimore game

I'm pissed as many Cowboy fans are but there is some positives to take from this game.

1. The effort. - Honestly, I've questioned the effort on this team for three weeks now.. Today, our boys fought to the bitter end.

2. Not many if any miscommunications with Romo and The Wide receivers. This has been a problem all year. Was fixed today.

3. The o-line and running the ball - Besides some dumb penalties, The o-line as whole pass protected well, opened holes for the running backs and we had a great day running the ball..

Garrett is a moron. Period. He may be smart but he obviously cannot apply it to the situation. He was an embarrassment today - especially when it counted most - end of the first half and end of the game. He needs to go get some coaching himself. Her is terrible.

The offense looked a lot better aside from the stupid penalties. The line blocked well for most of the game.

We are very deep on running backs but the WR's are weak beyond Dez and Miles.

It sucks to lose I know that but I can't vent all day on the loss.. Frankly, I didn't think they'd win in Baltimore anyway. The Cowboys play like they did today, minus the penalties, they can win most of their upcoming games. I was depressed going into the bye and while I'm not thrilled and excited for next week, I do have a little optimism coming off this game.

Guys let's face it. We have to win our division games. Against the Giants, Eagles and Commanders. Those games will decide how far we go. Thank god we already 1-0 in division games.

Maybe if we stack good weeks on top of good weeks over the next 4 more years we might win won. You have to give them credit, they are a good football team, they do a lot of things well in all three phases.

Lately teams have been running on the Ravens so I would not annoint our running attack as of yet. But certainly it looked a lot better.

But those penalties...


The Ravens got called for 10, we got called for 13. Add the usual home cooking as regards penalties and it was pretty even.

But somehow some way we NEED to cut them down since we are not a good enough team to overcome them

No, I don't think they played bad enough. They would have to lose big for it to count. We will be hearing from Jason and Jerry how proud they are of the team for fighting to the end and they know they have to clean up some mistakes.
