It happens every single year, players are taken ahead of schedule and other players fall. There is a general concensus of a list of about 5 or 6 players that most people would be more than happy with if the Cowboys were able to select one of them at 27. Here is my list of 5 players, in no specific order, who I would be fine with if they were selected in rd 1.
Thomas
Iupati
Bryant
Wilson
Pouncey
Now, most of these players in most mock drafts are already off the board come pick 27. Thus, in order for some of these players to fall, other teams have to reach on players that aren't expected to be drafted in the top 26. Here is my list of 6 potential players, who are likely to be chosen ahead of schedule.
Campbell
Odrick
Tebow
C. Mccoy
Everson Griffin
Saffold
I am not predicting that all of these players will be taken ahead of schedule but these are my top 6 players who could SHAKE up this years draft. Who are some players you guys envision being selected ahead of schedule that will help the cowboys land a player that they felt would already be off the board?
