No offense intended, but these “power rankings” are nothing more than a football writer’s beauty contest. I don’t care at all where we are ranked. The only ranking that matters is playoff seeding.

The constant 49 love going on right now baffles me. Not that I think they are a bad team, but losses to Chicago and Denver, wins against Seattle, LA, and Carolina get them to #4? I donno I guess I just dont understand what goes into the power rankings

Lol, exactly. Being in the top 5 in October doesn't excite me as much as running a playoff game in January and hopefully February. It's fun to be talked about in positive regard but I want post season wins this year. And I think we're going to get that. We're built to win in the playoffs with a suffocating defense and a strong run game.

They’re like us but better IMO. They have the same weaknesses and strengths we do (strong run game, amazing defense) however, their defense is a tad bit stronger, QB, although still weak, is better than both our starter and backup, and their coaching is superior. They also have better WR’s and better TE options. Also a weaker division. I can see why they are ranked so high.
