After much debate inside the PFF offices, the official rankings are here. While we have over a month to go before free agency and these are sure to change with franchise tags, re-signings, and cap casualties (we’ll be updating accordingly), this is where we stand at the moment. 2019 is the year to be in need of edge and safety help, but not quite the offseason to pick up talent on the offensive side of the ball.

The top 11 are all defensive players, and 6 of those are edge rushers. I don't know what that means (something strange about this year, or about their ranking system?), but it's interesting.

I'm going to pretend this is a Chinese food takeout menu and take the #1, the #2, and order off menu with a side of Jesse James.

If I have any money left, I might take a look at the #43.

Here's a nuts idea.

Let Lawrence walk, sign Frank Clark for cheaper.

I actually thought about that. Not crazy at all.

If there's a big difference in their contracts, Clark is the better value.

The only downside, as I can see it, is that isn't Clark a bit of a headcase?

Or am I thinking of another Seahawk?

During the 2015 draft, there were a bunch of us screaming for Grady Jarrett in the 3rd and then again in the 4th rounds.
But hey, we did get Chaz Green!
That was frustrating.

Man that would have been a nice combo with Woods.

And a couple of years younger too. If Gregory wasn't such a potential risk, I'd be ok going the Clark route.

Hard to see DAL grabbing anyone in the Top 50 other than DLaw.

Bro, I just have that image of Amari running away from him for a TD in my mind...ET, Boston are the only FSs I see right now.

Also at 5'9 would Richard sign off on thatove considering how he did #27.

The FO doesn't see Boston as an upgrade, for some reason.

Crazy to see Clowney at #6, with how much of an athletic freak he is.
