A few that I think are still on practice squads of other teams:

Chauncey Washington (Cowboys) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chauncey_Washington
Damien Berry (Ravens) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damien_Berry
John Clay (Steelers) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Clay_(running_back)
Darren Evans (Colts) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darren_Evans
Lonyae Miller (Raiders) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lonyae_Miller
Jordan Todman (Chargers) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jordan_Todman
Caleb King (Vikings) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caleb_King
Jay Finley (Seahawks) - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Finley

We may be looking (rumors are already flying around for a couple of guys) so I thought this would be interesting to discuss.

Todman!

Can't believe he's on the PS. Great production in college.

Clay would be cool too

With Tanner on IR, they'll need at least two guys. The problem is that it's late in the season and it's tough to get a guy in and to get him to learn the offense in such a short timespan.

I think Lonyae Miller makes sense, but there's still a need for veteran back IMO. Rumor is Sammy Morris is someone they're looking at.

At least you can be relatively sure these practice squad guys are in shape. Bringing in an unsigned vet could yield a guy that doesn't have the wind to contribute. Plus, he will need to play special teams - something old guys that used to be big names are not used to doing. Morris played special teams, so he could be a good fit for one of the spots.

We better bring in a vet and maybe Miller, King or Todman. I dont think Caleb Washington is worth activating for games.
