Pre Camp 53

It’s that time peeps. Here’s my shot at the 53 on the eve of camp.

QB (2) Dak and Milton. Just can’t justify Grier. He or some other arm will go to the PS.

RB (3) Miles, Blue, Williams.

FB (1) Luepke

WR (5) CD, Pick, Tolbert, Mingo, Turpin - if we really our committed to the run, we go light here and stash two on the PS.

TE (4) Ferg, Schoon, BSF, Fant. Fant might be a hard sell but he does a lot of things on offense and ST.

OL (9) Guyton, Smith, Cooper, Booker, Steele, Hoffman, Richards, Charles, Cornelius. This is the hardest one to sort at the bottom. Could see us trading one of them before the season starts

DL (10) Parsons, Eze, Sam, Kneeland, Fowler, Turner, Osa, Mazi, Thomas, Toia

LB (6) Murray, Sanborn, James, Marist, Clark, Barron

CB (5) Bland, Revel (he will be good to go by week 1), Elam, Izzy, Carson

S (5) Hooker, Dono, Thomas, Bell, Clark

ST (3) the usual suspects

4 TEs and a FB seems a bit heavy, but I can’t say the idea of an extra QB, WR or CB is that appealing

I think Osa and Thomas can be a good 1-2 from the 3T, but I fear they'll get worn out like Osa does every year due to the lack of NT/1T
