17. Justin Herbert QB. I'm a Dak fan and just thought I would do something different in this mock.
18. CeeDee Lamb WR. Cooper is gone in free agency so Dallas picks up a great receiver that could potentially be a star.
26. Grant Delpit FS. I know some don't like Delpit because of tackling but it's overblown and this guy has range and great ball skills.
Second Round
Justin Madubuike DT. Interior of the DL needs to be addressed. Time to build the DL like the OL.
Third Round
Reggie Robinson CB. Losing Jones and Brown shows a need for corner. Next season Awuzie and Lewis will need deals so getting a very athletic corner with good size and ability in the 3rd round is a must.
Fourth Round
Willie Gay Jr. LB. This is a huge need that not many are talking about. Willie Gay showed out at the combine and while I have Dallas resigning most of the LBers, getting Gay will only help the position.
Fifth Round
Da'von Hamilton DT. Another interior DL but the upside is huge for Hamilton and couldn't pass up in the 5th. Dallas has a ton of guys at DT that needs contracts but with all the free agents no way Dallas can afford them all especially when you can upgrade in the draft.
COMP
Harrison Bryant TE. I don't think Witten will be back and Jarwin just got a contract so taking a TE late in the 5th with huge upside is a no brainer. Orginally I was going to have Dallas signing Ebron or another TE but Jarwin got the money and at the end of his contract I can see Bryant taking over the starting position.
Seventh Round
Darius Bradwell FB. Is a big back that can catch and block. McCarthy likes to use his FBs so I think using a 7th on a guy that can win the starting job the first week of training camp is smart.
