Why would any team make halftime adjustments in a second half that will consist of street players

Hahaha yeah. The only half time adjustments you make in preseason are adjusting what players you want to see do certain things.

Cooper Rush, the No. 2 quarterback, has been intercepted twice. Rush has not inspired the same hope he did a year ago in the preseason, although the struggles are not all on him.
