How in the world does this team's coaching staff completely ruin QB's once they show any sign of ability?

Rush was better straight out of Nowhere U. which plays in the Nobody Conference. Let Linehan get his hands on him and he's a Modified-Youth League Starter.

You realize this is an epidemic across the league, right? It's not just here. And he was undrafted for a reason. Romo took some years before he actually got to even be competent. But Romo and Delhomme are the outliers. Undrafted players, especially QBs, are not going to be that good.
