I am sure they will be as Houston will have it on their own local channels, so will have their announcers.
Just here in DFW, we will get the Dallas announcers of course, and it will be blacked out on NFLN too.

You will have to wait for the NFLN replay to hear the Dallas announcers.

This really makes me mad!! Because I'm in the Houston TV market ( I don't live in Houston, but 50 miles from it), they're going to force me to listen to their lame announcers on one of Houston's local channels!! The game doesn't start till 6, but they have already blacked out NFLN here!! Dangit!!
